Terms of Service

Pigskin Pick'em is a free college football pick'em app for private, invite-only leagues. It is operated by an individual, not a company, and it is in beta — features change, and things occasionally break.

This is a scorekeeping app. It does not accept, hold, transfer, or pay out money, and it takes no cut of anything. Point spreads appear because they are part of how some pick'em formats score — not as an invitation to bet.

If your league arranges anything of value among yourselves, that is entirely between you. It is your responsibility to know whether that is legal where you live, and the operator of this app is not part of it and is not responsible for it.

You sign in with Google, so there is no password here to manage. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your Google account secure. One account per person.

League chat is a shared space. Do not use this app to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
• Post unlawful content, or anything you have no right to share
• Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service
• Impersonate someone else

Commissioners can remove members from their leagues. The operator can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Schedules, scores, and betting lines come from CollegeFootballData.com. They can be wrong, late, or missing. Commissioners and the operator can correct results, which recalculates standings.

Final standings are whatever this app calculates. No guarantee is made that they are correct, and no liability is accepted for a result that scores differently than you expected.

This is a beta. There is no uptime guarantee, no support commitment, and no promise that data survives — though reasonable care is taken with it. The service may change or shut down at any time. If it is shutting down for good, registered users will get notice by email where practical.

Your picks and messages remain yours. You grant permission to store and display them within your leagues so the app can function. Content you post can be removed if it breaks these terms.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from using it — including lost picks, wrong standings, missed notifications, or downtime. Since the app is free, nothing is owed back to you.

You can stop using the app whenever you like and ask for your account to be deleted at support@collegeteamhub.com. Access may be terminated for breaking these terms.

These terms may change. The date at the top will change with them, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept the update.
